Refund policy

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened with seals intact and in the original packaging. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return and process a refund due to potential denaturing of the product. Please ensure that your contact details and order number are included in the return.

To cancel or return an order, please contact us via email at info@aiku.co.uk quoting your order number.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping a return, and the value which is £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges and replace items if the items you received are defective or damaged. Please contact us via email at info@aiku.co.uk quoting your order number.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at info@aiku.co.uk.
